Ingredients: 4 longan; 4 red dates; 2g goji; 5 dried rose flowers; 2g green tea
1. Prepare all ingredients. Soak red dates in water and clean.
2. Add water in a cooking pan, put green tea, then cook in high heat. After three minutes take out of tea leaves from the cooking pan.
3. Add red dates and longan to cook for about eight minutes. Soak goji in water and clean.
4. Put goji and rose flowers into the cooking pan. Cook for two minutes, switch off the heat and then cover the lid, put aside for another two minutes. Then we can drink. Don’t forget to add some honey in the cup.
