Ingredients: 50g tortoise herb jelly powder
Seasoning: four and a half bowls of water; a dozen of lotus seed; 2 tbsps of honey according to personal taste
1. Prepare 50g tortoise herb jelly powder. Add one and a half rice bowls of cold water and mix them into paste.
2. Boil three bowls of water in the wok. Add the mixed paste and stir it at the same time until the water is boiling again and turn off the heat.
3. Filter the paste into the bowl when it is hot. If the screen cloth is big, there could be bubble in the small bowl, but this doesn’t influence the taste.
4. Add the boiled lotus seeds and honey, and it is ready for serving. The taste would be better if put in the refrigerator for cold storage.
After filtering, it is exquisite without impurities.
