Because the recent weather is too easy to let people get inflamed. So I wonder if I can cook some less greasy food to eat. I choose to make tofu soup with vegetables and Shiitake. Sprinkle little pepper powder can get rid of fishy flavor and feel hot when drinking.
Ingredients: 2oog tofu; 1 piece of seaweed strip; 3 pieces of shiitake; 2 pieces of green vegetables
Seasonings: 1 teaspoon of pepper powder; 1 teaspoon of salt; 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1. Cut tofu into equivalent pieces. After shiitake is soaked in water for several hours, cut them into slices.
2. Scald tofu in salty and boiling water to get rid of fishy and bitter flavor. Cut seaweed strips into small sections.
3. Add water in a wok, then put seaweed strips, shiitake and then cook on high heat. When the wok is near boiling, add tofu and 1 teaspoon of salt. When boiling, skim off foam, sprinkle green vegetables, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and pepper powder respectively. Serve.
