15g wood ear mushrooms; 4 red string peppers; 2 green peppers
1 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp salt; ginger; 1 tsp soy sauce; 1/2 tbsp cooking wine; 1 tbsp mature vinegar; 1 tbsp white sugar
1. Wash and clean wood ear mushrooms and infuse them in water until tender beforehand. Wash and clean red string peppers and cut them into fine sections. Cut ginger into fine stripes. Wash and clean green peppers, get rid of seed and cut them into fine sections.
2. Take a clean bowl, add 1 tbsp mature vinegar, 1/2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp white sugar into the bowl and then mix well. Add water into a wok, bring into boiling. Add infused wood ear mushroom to quickly blanch, and then drain.
