Pork rinds, rich in collagen and elastin, can make cells full, reduce skin wrinkles and enhance the skin elasticity. Eating pork rinds or pig’s feet often can delay aging and fight against cancer, because a lot of collagen is contained in the pork rinds, which can slow the aging of the cells. Ingredients: 2 pieces of Pork Rinds
Seasonings: a dozen of capsicum frutescens; 3 pieces of ginger slices; half a dozen of garlic; defined amount of soy sauce; defined amount of vinegar; defined amount of boiled water; defined amount of aginomoto; defined amount of sesame oil; defined amount of chopped green onion
1. Clean the capsicum frutescens and chop into pieces. Clean the ginger. Remove the garlic peel and clean the garlic. Chop the two into pieces together.
2. Scrape, clean the pork rinds and put into a pot. Add moderate water and bring into boiling. Mix the ginger, garlic and capsicum frutescens, then add little cold boiled water and mix them evenly, set the mixed seasoning bowl aside for a moment.
3. Lay the kitchen knife flat and cut the Pork Rinds into slices. Add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken powder and sesame oil into the seasoning bowl, and mix evenly.
4. Put the pork rinds on a plate and sprinkle the sauce on them. Sprinkle chopped green scallions finally. Serve.
Cooking tips: most people can eat the pork rinds. This dish is suitable for people who suffer deficiency of the Yin and a sore throat, and; who suffer blood depletion and irregular menstruation; also who are infected with hemophilia. The patients who suffer liver disease, arteriosclerosis and high blood pressure should eat no or little of the dish.
