Pumpkin cooked together with purple sweet potato is both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients: 250g pumpkin; 250g purple sweet potatoes; three large lumps of rock sugar
1. Get rid of seeds from pumpkin and cut pumpkin into small sections. Peel off purple sweet potatoes and cut purple sweet potatoes into small sections.
2. Put both pumpkin and purple sweet potatoes into to a pot. Then add water and bring into boiling. After boiling turn to low heat and braise.
3. When both pumpkin and purple sweet potatoes turn soft, add some rock sugar. Switch off the heat, place soup onto a bowl and serve.
