Tofu skin is a food product made from soybeans. In Chinese, tofu skin can be dried and sold as we called it FuZhu. Recently I have attended lots of parties and eaten too much spicy food so that I suffer from excessive internal heat. Eating coriander can relieve me from the state. I just learn to make this pork meat soup with coriander and tofu skin called FuZhu.
Ingredients: 100g coriander; 100g tofu skin, 50g pork meat
Seasoning: 1 tbsp oil; 1tbsp salt; 1 tbsp white sugar; 1 tbsp bean flour
1. Wash and clean dried tofu, infuse dried tofu in water for about one hour. Wash and clean coriander, cut into fine sections.
2. Wash and clean pork meat, cut meat into fine sections, marinate them with salt, white sugar and bean flour. The add water into a sauce pan and bring it into boiling.
3. When the water is boiling, add dried tofu, pork meat and coriander in turn.
4. Add oil into the pan and cook for five minutes, add 1 tsp salt and mix well. Serve.
