200g dried tofu; 500g pickled mustard greens; 2 tbsp oil; soy sauce to taste; chicken essence; chili powder to taste
1. Wash, clean and slice pickled mustard greens. Slice the dried tofu into fine strips. Prepare hot spicy chili powder.
2. Add oil into a wok and then heat the wok. Add dried tofu slices and stir fry for a minute.
3. Then add pickled mustard greens and spicy chili powder and stir fry for a minute.
4. Add chicken essence and soy sauce, and then stir fry to mix well until the flavor. Put it onto a plate and then serve.
