Ingredients: 1 cup of rice; one and a half glass of clean water; 1 stick of Chinese Guangdong style sausage; 1 piece of cured meat; 2 shiitake mushrooms
Seasonings: 3 tbsps of light soy sauce; 1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce; 1/2 tsp of salt; 1/4 tsp of sugar; 1/2 tsp of sesame oil; 4 tbsps of cold boiled water; 1 tsp of edible oil
1. Pour the soaked rice into the pot and add clean water. The distance between the water surface and rice surface is equal to the height of the first joint of the index finger. After boiling with strong heat, shift to gentle heat. Sprinkle edible oil and stir evenly. Cover the lid, and boil for about 10 minutes.
2. Cut the shiitake mushrooms, sausage and cured meat into slices. Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil and cold boiled water well, and then stir evenly to juice.
3. Uncover the lid and see if water drains off. Put the ready shiitake mushrooms, sausage and cured meat on top of the rice.
4. Stew for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the well prepared juice before eating. Eat the rice with blanched oilseed rape.
