Fried Wood Ear Mushroom with Cucumber

This is a dish made of vegetables. With red hot string peppers, a little spicy, but not too much. People in China usually use this kind of red string peppers when they want to eat really spicy food.

Ingredients:

200g cucumber; a bowl of wood ear mushrooms; 5 hot string peppers

Seasoning:

2tbsp oil; salt to taste; garlic; ginger; 1/2tbsp white sugar; Sichuan pepper

1. Peel off the cucumber skin and cut into fine sections. Infuse wood ear mushroom beforehand. Slice ginger, garlic and hot string peppers.

2. Add oil into a wok and heat the wok. Add some Sichuan pepper and wait until fragrance. Add ginger, garlic and hot string peppers and stir fry until fragrance. Add cucumber and wood ear mushroom, stir fry for a while.

3. add 1/2 white sugar and salt. Then have a stir fry and mix well. Serve.
