The Chinese cabbage is rich in nutrition and delicious in taste. It is used in the fried shredded pancake in the restaurants. Other vegetables will change the taste of the fried pancake. Besides, the Chinese cabbage serves as food therapy and health care.
Difficulty: cutting (elementary)
Ingredients: half a Chinese cabbage
Seasonings: 2tbsp of oil; 1tsp of sugar; 1tsp of light soybean sauce; 1tbsp of vinegar; 2tsp of salt; 1tsp of chicken powder
1. Remove the old leaf in the outer layer of the Chinese cabbage, and tear into big pieces. Soak the cabbage in rice washing water or light salty water for some moment, take out and drain the water off.
2. Add sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar into a small bowl and mix them evenly. Put a wok above the fire, add 2tbsp of vegetable oil,and then heat.
3. When the wok is hot, add the Chinese cabbage, and stir fry over strong heat. When the cabbage collapses a little, pour sweet and sour juice we have mixed, and stir fry evenly.
4. Add 1tsp of salt, 1tsp of chicken powder, and stir fry evenly. Finally turn off the heat and take the dish out. Sprinkle the chopped green scallion and Capsicum frutescens.
Soak the cabbage in rice washing water or light salty water and then clean. This can effectively wipe out the residual substances such as fertilizers.
