Ingredients: 150g baked pancake; 2 eggs; 1 lettuce
Seasonings: 2 and a half tbsps of oil; salt
1. Prepare the raw materials, such as lettuce, baked pancake and eggs. Knock the eggs into the bowl, add 1tsp of salt and stir evenly.
2. Heat a pan and add 2tbsps of oil. Then add the stirred egg liquid. When the eggs are deepfried into certain shapes, divide into pieces with chopsticks and take out for later use.
3. Add a half tbsp of oil into the pan, add the shredded pancake and deepfry. Add the fried eggs and stir fry. Add the prepared lettuce and stir fry.
4. When the lettuce changes color, add little salt and stir fry evenly. Put the dish in the bowl.
Cooking tips: when frying the pancake, add some oil into the pan (if some oil is left after deepfrying eggs, don’t need to add oil again) and deepfry the pancake for a moment, so the pancake will be crisp. Then add the fried egg pieces and the lettuce. When the lettuce changes color slightly, add salt. When the lettuce is stir fried evenly, it is well-done. So don`t need to fry for too long.
