300g green chili pepper; 2 tbsp oil; 1 tsp white sugar; salt to taste;
1. Clean the green chili pepper. Get rid of the stems and seeds. Wash them well, slice them into fine sections and put on a plate.
2. Heat a wok, add oil until heated. Add green chili pepper to stir fry for a while.
3. When green chili pepper becomes soft and oily, add salt and white sugar respectively , then stir fry to mix well. Serve.
