Bacon is a cured meat prepared from a pig. It is first cured using large quantities of salt, either in a brine or in a dry packing the result is fresh bacon. Fresh and dried bacon is typically cooked before eating. In the morning, fried some slices of bacon with bread and eggs can be delicious breakfast, plus a cup of juice. But how about fried bacon with Chinese cabbage hearts?
100g bacon; 500g Chinese cabbage hearts; 2 tbsp oil; salt to taste; garlic cloves
1. Wash and clean Chinese cabbage, and cut cabbage hearts into fine sections. Place bacon into a frying pan, fry until cooked well, put onto a small bowl.
2. Grate the garlic cloves. Add oil into a wok and heat the wok. Then add Chinese cabbage hearts into the wok and stir fry for a while.
3. Add cooked bacon into the wok and stir fry until the cabbage hearts become soft. Then add large cabbage leaves and stir fry on high temperature.
4. When Chinese cabbage become softened, add garlic cloves. Add salt according to taste, then stir and mix well. Put onto a plate. Serve.
