Pork tripe contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, phosphorous, iron and so on. It has the effect on treating the asthenic disease and improving digestion. Pork tripe is suitable for the feeble to improve their tastes. However pork tripe is delicious but hard to clean. So we need to clean it several times with fresh water, then place into hot water, have a toss, and take it out before the water is boiling, then remove the two-sided sordes.
200g pork tripe; 1 green pepper; 1/2 carrot
1 tbsp oil; salt to taste; soy sauce to taste; ginger; Chinese five spice powder; cooking wine to taste; 1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate.
1. Soak pork tripe in salty water, clean it and slice it into fine stripes. Wash and clean green pepper and carrot, then cut them into rhombus sections. Get ginger chopped.
2. Add oil into a wok and heat the wok. Add chopped ginger and green unions until fragrance, then heat the wok on high temperature, add pork tripe and stir fry. When the color of pork tripe changes, add carrot and green pepper and stir fry for a while.
3. Then add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt.
4. Add Chinese five spice powder and monosodium glutamate, have a stir, place onto a plate and then serve.
