2 strings of Chinese handmade sausage; 5 stalks of green garlic; 1/2 red pepper; 1tbsp oil; salt to taste
1. Slice the sausages into fine sections. Cut the green garlic and red pepper into fine sections respectively. And divide the garlic from the middle part.
2. Add oil into the wok and heat. The add the lower part garlic until the smell.
3. Then add sausages. Stir fry with high heat until the sausages become limpid. Add green garlic and red pepper. Also add some salt and stir fry until the green garlic is cook thoroughly.
