This dish is quite simple and easy to cook. But it tastes good. If you eat too much meat, at the same time to have a fresh dish like this Chinese cabbages with potato pieces would be wonderful.
300g potatoes; 150g stalks of chinese cabbages; 2 tbsp oil; salt to taste; monosodium glutamate to taste; mature vinegar to taste
1. Clean and peel the potatoes and then slice them into fine pieces. Clean stalks of Chinese cabbages and cut them into fine sections.
2. Add oil into a wok and heat the wok. Add potatoes and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Then add the stalks of Chinese cabbages and stir fry for 1 minute. Add salt.
3. Add mature vinegar and monosodium glutamate respectively. Stir fry for a while. Put into a plate and serve.
