This is a simple and light-flavored dish to keep people in good health. No complex process, no complex workmanship, no complex ingredients.
Cooking time: around 10 minutes
Ingredients: 500g oyster mushroom
Seasoning: Swanson Chicken Broth; 2tbsp of oil
1. Clean oyster mushroom and cut into small sections. Prepare broth, in China we use the broth called “Nong Tang Bao” but you can use Swanson chicken broth for substitute you can buy from amazon.
2. Add 2tbsp of oil into a wok and heat it. When the oil is hot, add well-prepared oyster mushroom into the wok.
3. Stir fry until oyster mushroom becomes soft, then add the broth and some water. After boiling braise for about one minute, it’s over. Then serve.
Cooking tips: If you like to have more soup, you can add some more water into the wok.
