500g bitter melon; 30g red peppers; 2 tbsp oil; salt to taste; 1 tsp monosodium glutamate.
1. Wash and clean bitter melon. Get rid of the stems and seeds, cut it into fine sections. Wash and clean the red peppers and cut it into fine sections.
2. Heat a wok and add oil. When the oil is heated, add the bitter melon and stir fry for one minute.
3. Then add the red peppers and stir fry for a while. Add salt and monosodium glutamate respectively. Then have a stir fry and put it into the plate. At last switch off the heat.
