1 asparagus; 8 shrimps; 1/2 carrot; 2 eggs; 1/2 tbsp oil; salt to taste; 1 green onion; sesame oil to taste
1. Clean the carrot and asparagus. Peel the carrot and asparagus, and shred finely. Beat the eggs into a bowl. Clean shrimps and preserve with salt.
2. Heat water in a pot and bring it to the boil. Add the carrot and asparuagus and blanch for 2 minutes. Then soak in cold water, remove, and drain. Clean the salty shrimps.
3. Fry the eggs with oil and place it into a plate. Then Fry the shrimps with the green onion. Add the carrot and asparagus, then add fried eggs and salt.
